All staff are members of professional bodies and senior staff hold additional qualifications:
- Giles, Matthew, Danilo, Jeremy, Hywel and John are Chartered Geologists and at similar grades within other organisations (e.g. the ICE).
- Matthew is a RoGEP Specialist and European Geologist and has served on various committees of the Geological Society, including the Engineering Group.
- Giles is RoGEP Specialist, CL:AiRE Qualified Person and SiLC.
