A good result for Pobl Group this week at Swansea’s Planning Committee in obtaining detailed planning permission to deliver 31 affordable homes in the centre of Pontarddulais.
Phil Baxter of Asbri Planning said ‘the development will bring about significant benefits through the remediation of a highly contaminated site in the urban area. Well done to all the team and special thanks to the hard work of the Council’s Planning Department’.
We have been involved in this project in Pontarddulais for some time and this is great news for all involved; we look forward to working with Pobl as the project develops into the construction phase.
