Administrative Assistant Position

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to work in our Taffs Well office.

Duties will involve:

  1. Manning reception desk and switchboard.
  2. Processing incoming & outgoing emails and correspondence as appropriate.
  3. Acting as first point of contact for visitors and providing refreshments.
  4. Photocopying, scanning and faxing.
  5. Digitising all Third Party Reports.
  6. Maintenance of administration and archive filing systems.
  7. Maintenance of contacts list and marketing database.
  8. Compilation and binding of technical/ key documentation.
  9. Compilation and digitisation of outgoing reports.
  10. Maintenance of stationery/ stock/ equipment.
  11. Processing Purchase Orders as required.
  12. Management of petty cash.
  13. Provide administrative support to all colleagues upon request.
  14. Implementation of and working in accordance with the Company Manual and Health and Safety Policy.
