Last Friday’s Constructing Excellence Wales Awards for 2025 brought together an inspiring group of businesses committed to excellence and innovation and ESP were proud to be attend having been shortlisted in two categories – People & Culture and SME of the Year.
Just as meaningful was a special mention from the judges in the People & Culture category, which highlighted our ongoing efforts to build a workplace that is bold, inclusive, and future-focused.
A special mention in the People & Culture award recognised two milestones we’re especially proud of:
- Our transition to an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT), which gives every team member a greater voice and stake in shaping the company’s future.
- Achieving Gold Standard Accreditation as a 4 Day Week employer, demonstrating that productivity and well-being can go hand in hand.
This recognition reflects the dedication and passion of our outstanding team. Every idea contributed, challenge overcome, and value upheld has helped shape a culture that puts people first and this acknowledgement is a testament to that collective effort.
