ESP Support RWCMD With Their Production of En Folkefiende

We’re excited to be supporting the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama with their upcoming production of En Folkefiende.

In the production, Brad Birch takes Henrik Ibsen’s ‘An Enemy of the People‘ into the centre of a very modern scandel.   Doctor Thomas Stockmann uncovers a secret about the town’s celebrated water baths. With a radical newspaper as his mouthpiece, the Doctor goes head to head with his brother, the Mayor. The battle for the truth is set to tear Thomas’s town and his family apart. Set in a discontented world, Brad Birch’s modern adaptation explores politics, power and the truth.

Our Giles Sommerwill provided advice on contemporary Risk Assessment methods for Contaminated Land and Groundwater to aid understanding and presentation of these themes through the production.

En Folkefiende runs from the 19th of May to the 28th of May 2016 in Cardiff and then at the Edinburgh Fringe. You can purchase tickets here.
