As the world unites to tackle climate change at the UN Climate Change Conference COP26 in Glasgow, like many, we have been following its outcomes closely. Our environment is at the heart of everything we do and earlier this year we were pleased to join the SME Climate Hub Campaign; committing to Net Zero and becoming a UK Business Climate Action Leader. In doing so we joined thousands of other UK businesses as part of the United Nations’ global ‘Race to Zero’ campaign, the largest credible alliance of organisations working towards an emissions-free economy.
In making the Net Zero pledge we agree to prioritise climate action as a company by:
- measuring our emissions
- setting targets to meet our goals
- making a plan to curb emissions
- proceeding with climate action in key areas
- tracking and communicating our progress
