ESP are proud to announce that following our Annual Audit and Transition Audit we have now achieved the new ISO 2015 standards in both Quality Management System 9001:2015 and Environmental Management System 14001:2015.
The revised ISO 9001:2015 standard is the best practice quality management framework and supports ESP’s commitment to ensuring that the services they provide consistently meet customers’ requirements, and that their business activities are continually improved with time.
The updated version of the standard places greater emphasis on leadership engagement and helps address organisational risks and opportunities in a structured manner. Being certified to ISO 9001:2015 demonstrates that organisations are continually responding to and meeting the ever-changing needs of their partners and customers.
ISO 14001 was revised in 2015, bringing an increased focus on sustainable development and helping businesses to effectively manage the environmental challenges of the future. It provides a framework for the development of an Environmental Management System, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and providing a systematic approach to continually improving environmental performance.
Having both ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 accreditation’s sends a promise to our clients that we are fully compliant, operating responsibly and that the quality of our service is consistently improved.
